Prepare for Your Session
What to Wear
Form-fitting, comfortable exercise clothing that allows full range of movement. Avoid loose clothing that might get caught in equipment.
Footwear
Grip socks are ideal, or you can train barefoot. Regular socks can be slippery on equipment surfaces.
What to Bring
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We provide all equipment, towels, and any props needed.
Arrive Early
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your session for check-in and brief orientation if this is your first visit.
